sarah and britton got hitched at the fabulous hamptons hot-spot, The Surf Lodge. its basically a dream come true for the trés-chic-surf-rat crowd (the new age of hamptons-weekenders from NYC who can surf). we’re completely obsessed with the psychadelic, trippy, drippy paint detail on hotel’s lobby and event space building. these adorable blond floridians’ nuptials took place under a green garland arch on the sand, before all of their family + friends. after they tied the knot, sarah + britton partied with their guests under a cozy ceiling of woven baskets, while their tables donned centerpieces celebrating their “cotton” theme, in honor of the new mr. + mrs.’s last name. the amazing bouquets and florals were beautifully constructed by Lindsay Rae Design. the newly married pair’s first dance was pretty spectacular with some serious Beyonce moments. they danced and sang through dinner, after which they moved the party over to the Surf Lodge bar, which is practically wallpapered with surf boards. On our way out, we caught the cottons cozied up beside a bonfire on the sand, which in our opinion, was the perfect last shot of the day.
julie + anthony’s wedding day took place at the green building in brooklyn, new york. this is a tale of two foodies (hence all the beautiful dishes you’ll see below!); julie, an art director, and her family have owned a restaurant in little italy for multiple generations and anthony is a chef. check out their happy summer celebration!
love seeing our photos in one of the most well-curated, beautiful + modern wedding publications! we heart New York Magazine!
supria + mike’s wedding at the liberty warehouse in redhook, brooklyn was one of our most memorable; the inverted florals (by spina nyc) hanging from the ceiling throughout the reception space, the new orleans marching band who led the bride + groom away during the recessional (The Lowdown Stompers), the perfect blend of their hindu and catholic traditions, the colors, the lights…this was one unforgettable, truly creative wedding that we were honored to photograph. see more from their full wedding day blog post here!

from the full wedding day blog post: Supria + Mike celebrated together with their friends and family on one of the last days of summer in Brooklyn, New York. Their venue, The Liberty Warehouse was transformed into a lush forest of greens for this important day, courtesy of Spina Floral & Events. The ceremony backdrop was a stunning wall of florals and greens. After their multi-cultural vows, Brooklyn’s Low Down Stompers followed them down the aisle in a parade-like serenade. We’ll probably never forget the day we met Taylor and Dan in a coffee shop in soho. Though they weren’t technically engaged yet, Taylor said she had been following us on social media for a while and already had pretty solid ideas of what she wanted for her wedding. Her excitement + enthusiasm was totally contagious and we were immediately charmed by this quirky + cool force of energy from Queens and her tall, handsome, mid-western guy.
They tied the knot at the Brooklyn Botanic after an engagement that prioritized two things: to have a wedding that was uniquely theirs – true to their style, their relationship, and the things they love – and to throw a killer party for their friends and family. Every detail at the wedding was personalized–R2D2 cake toppers (a nod to their love of Star Wars), a monogrammed corn hole board (a homage to their college football tailgating days at Boston College) and they used a bee motif for various items from stationery to the molded butter on each table. Guests sipped signature cocktails with bee-motif’d cocktail stirrers as they signed in on Jenga blocks.(description from Viva Max Weddings)
We love these two and were so psyched to be the lucky photographers who documented their super fun, unique wedding day!! Congrats, Tay + Dan! #siercomesthebride
